Carinov stands for “Carrying Out Innovations”.

Founded in 2007, Carinov is a privately held company headquartered in Bangalore, India with a satellite office in Chicago, US. We cater to clients in India, US, Europe and Middle east. Carinov  is a trusted partner in creating most evolved software products. We, at Carinov, have successfully built products and solutions in association with the best-of-breed technology companies in India and abroad.

Software Lead Engineer

Experience: 1-3 years

Technical Requirements:

1. J2EE(including Servlets, JSP, javascript, xml, ejb)
2. Knowledge of application server like Apache Tomcat etc
3. Database (mysql, sqlserver)
4. Linux Knowledge

Non Technical Requirements:
1. Good aptitude and a fast learner
2. Flexibility of working in different technologies

International sales/pre-sales executive

Freshers or 1-2 yr exp sales/pre-sales Male/Female for Carinov Systems Pvt Ltd,

As an Business Development Executive  , you will drive the early stages of the sales cycle and ensure well qualified first appointments which become valid revenue generation opportunities. The BDE communicates the value of each solution offering within each target industry and diagnoses pains relevant to the solutions and to the industry. 

* You will be expected to meet or exceed quarterly targets. Secure 50% of Opportunities/Prospect meetings which present valid revenue opportunities
* Assist in the identification of Target Industry Accounts (TIA) by compiling and sharing research data with the rest of the team.
* Generate a minimum of 30 qualified first appointments per quarter
* Local point of entry for all inbound telephone calls, qualify and redirect
* Extensive territory planning in assigned region and prospect research within specific industry verticals and Carinov solutions
* Proactively identify and find new business leads for the assigned territory
* Close co-operation with the CXO’s to identify and follow up on new opportunities
* Make use of prospecting support tools such as OneSource, Hoovers and Google
* Make use of blogs ,forums to for Internet marketing

Qualifications:

* MBA (Marketing/Information Management )from reputed institute with 0-2 years experience in an inside sales or prospecting role, ideally within IT
* Strong and self-confident communicator, comfortable speaking with Director level contacts
* Proven experience of being persuasive, influential and professional on the phone
* Strong skills in identifying opportunities
* Can demonstrate a successfully executed prospecting/new Account Development program within a target Vertical Market

* Experience and understanding of IT and related services
* Credible experience in and knowledge of domains like Security, Media, Hi-Tech, HR
